Brittany Petricca, Esq.

Attorney Petricca is a seasoned trial attorney and litigator with experience in family, criminal, dependency, and orphans’ court matters. She began her legal career advocating for victims of domestic violence. Following this, she was an Allegheny County Assistant Public Defender, defending cases at every stage of the criminal court process from Preliminary Hearings to Trials. Having worked tirelessly for victims of domestic violence and indigent citizens of Allegheny County who could not afford private criminal defense, Attorney Petricca gained invaluable insight into the justice system and a deep appreciation for the real people it affects.

As Senior Counsel in our firm's Domestic Litigation section, her practice primarily focuses on protection from abuse, complex custody, and divorce litigation. She understands that family law matters are deeply personal, often emotional, and always life changing. Her clients know her as a determined advocate but also as someone who listens, tells the truth, and genuinely cares about their future.

Outside of work, she is a mother and an avid reader which both help her to be grounded and inspired.
